The time period covered by this book saw the emergence of the first writing prophets in Israel. Amos and Hosea went to the people of Israel, while Isaiah, Joel, Micah, Nahum, Habbakuk, Zephaniah, and Jeremiah prophesied in Judah, both groups calling the people to repentance and warning them of God’s coming judgments. Understand the connection between the Old Testament and the end times, what to expect during the last days, and how to stand firm in Christ in the face of opposition. Rabbi K. A. Schneider decodes the Book of Revelation, showing how the end-time events prophesied in the New Testament book correspond with the teachings of the Torah and the Hebrew prophets.

    1. The prophet enters vision with his eyes open and has his eyes open throughout the vision. (Numbers ) 2. In vision, the prophet has no strength, but later receives strength from above. (Daniel ) 3. He also does not breathe. (Daniel ) The physical phenomena surrounding Ellen White’s visions indicate that they were supernatural. Malachi prophesied of his coming in the spirit of Elijah (Mal ; ) just before the Day of the Lord or preceding Jesus Christ’s coming. John is not grouped with either the Major Prophets or the Minor Prophets because he is a unique prophet altogether but is understood that he came in the spirit of Elijah (Matt ). Jesus called him.

This review was written for The Book of Revelation Decoded: A Simple Guide to Understanding the End Times Through the Eyes of the Hebrew Prophets. This is the best book I have ever read on the book of Revelation, He covered many Biblical scriptures on the subject of the end times. Almighty revealed His guidance to humans through His chosen Prophets/Messengers. The Qur’an especially focuses on most the prominent good and evil prevalent in a given society in their history. All Book had narrated the lives of Prophets in other parts of the world, the ignorant Arabs would not be able to connect either with those Prophets.
